GARDEN HOMES 2006/2007
BUDGET
Homeowners were recently mailed the Approved Budget for Fiscal Year March 1, 2006 to February 28, 2007 by Optimum Property Management. Owners are urged to familiarize themselves with the budget, and the accompanying Reserve Study Summary and to keep these papers with their important Association documents. If a homeowner has questions or concerns about the budget, they are urged to attend a regularly scheduled Budget Committee meeting held monthly at the at the Turtle Rock Community Center.
The Budget Committee is seeking new members to actively participate in the committee. We especially need volunteers with fiscal acumen, or experience in such areas as business management, financial services, accounting, insurance or financial planning. If you are interested in volunteering, or wish to attend a meeting to learn more about the committee and how you might participate, please contact Liz Rutherford, chairman at lrutherford@hdcco.net or Hilde McNeil, co-chairman at mcneilgroup@cox.net for more information and a schedule of upcoming meetings.
Remember, we are all part of the Garden Homes Maintenance Association and your participation in the Budget Committee would be a great way for you to have input into the fiscal management and future financial planning for our community. We need your help and expertise!
